0The heart of Mission TEJAS is a unique Mentorship & Live Learning System that brings together engineering students and school children in a connected digital classroom.
All classes are conducted live through the school's dashboard. This integrated environment centralizes learning, mentoring, and monitoring, eliminating the need for external tools.
Talented engineering students from colleges across Telangana are trained as mentors. They conduct live virtual classes, bridging the gap between higher education and school-level innovation.
The system automatically captures student progress, attendance, and module completion in a Digital Innovator Passport, ensuring a transparent and dynamic record of every student's journey.
Upon module completion, students receive verifiable digital certificates, building a portfolio of their skills and achievements stored securely online.
We don't just teach technology; we cultivate true innovators capable of building solutions from scratch.
Mission TEJAS believes that true innovation begins when a student imagines something that does not yet exist. Through the Virtual Tinkering Lab (VTL) model and live mentorship, children learn to design, simulate, and prototype entirely on their own, transforming them from passive learners into active creators.
Every project, challenge, and module is designed to build this mindset of originality. Students are encouraged to ask, "What can I create that doesn't exist yet?" This fundamental shift empowers them to approach problems with creativity, build their own logic, and apply real innovation principles without fear of failure.
